LUCE Places

LUCE is the digital clienteling app for the client advisors. Working with Kering Digital Product team, Awake delivered an evolution of Luce, LUCE Places. The update streamlined multiple apps into one, and allowed users to focus on the right tasks at the right moment. The tool empowers the client advisors to build strong long-term client relationships, and produce sales in-store or remote. From performance analytics to product recommendations, the goal is to build a simple solution from the not-so-simple problem. LUCE Places is used across brands including, Gucci, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, and Brioni around the world.
Responsible for the design direction, UI/UX, prototype, tutorials, and video productions.

YSL Showroom

Created an iPad app that simplifies the buying campaign process during the showroom. The tool eliminates the tedious manual labor for the buyers, retail merchandisers, and collection merchandisers. The solution helps user to learn about the collection with live analytics, create the orders, negotiate, and generate summaries all in one place.
Responsible for the design direction, UI/UX, QA, and prototype.

The concept design for the health and wellness app. As an evolution of the Jawbone UP, the experience focuses more on the individual health condition, provides more tailored coaching experience with smart suggestions and insights.

Working with Gucci innovation team, Awake designed a strategy to reinvent the traditional shopping experience in the new digital age. The solution included 3 projects, a consumer app, a sales associate app, and a visual merchandising app. The consumer app enables people to express their individuality by sharing their stories, not just a product. The sales associate app empowers them with insightful tools, so they don’t miss opportunities. The visual merchandising app enables the team to quickly understand which product or display performs the best. Shared analytics improves overall sales and client relationships.
